Cultivating Mindfulness

The Cultivating Mindfulness program is meant for those who want to reduce stress, increase well being, cultivate kindness for themselves and others and develop more present moment awareness for their inward and outward lives. Included in the course are many opportunities to practice formal meditations such as the breath meditation, body scan meditation, mindful eating, mindful walking, and the loving kindness meditation.This course is experiential and discussion based.
